No Child Left on Shore

Providing ocean education to underserved children

Since 2010, SCCF has partnered with Captiva Cruises on No Child Left on Shore, an environmental education outreach program that offers field trips to children and teens who — despite living close to the ocean — rarely interact with the marine ecosystem.

“Many families within Southwest Florida — especially those with language, cultural, physical, or economic barriers — do not have the means to get out on the water. No Child Left on Shore is about giving more people the opportunity to connect with our coastal resources.“
